These are the terms and conditions that I sell or Goods to you. By ordering Goods you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
Goods means the goods that are advertised on the Website that we supply to you of the number and description as set out in the Order.
Order means the Customer's order for the Goods from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website.
Website means my website. handmade-jewellery.co.uk on which the Goods are advertised.
Goods.
The description of the goods is as set set out in the website or any other form of advertising.
Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the shading, colour, size of goods supplied. Lighting of Goods could also cause slight shading discrepancies. These are understood.
All Goods that appear on the Website are subject to availability.
With regards to special Goods made to your requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specifications you provide is accurate. Specific bespoke commissions may take up to 10 days to make and dispatch. I will discuss this with you throughout the design process via email.
A Contract will be formed for the sale of the Goods ordered only when you receive an email from me confirming the Order. (Order Confirmation) By placing the Order you agree to me giving confirmation of the Contract Via email with all information in it. We retain and use all information strictly under our Privacy Policy.
Any quotation I give is valid for a maximum of 28 days from the date given.
The price for a bespoke commission piece and delivery charge will be discussed between you and myself prior to placing the Order. Details will be confirmed by email.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel an Order you have the right to do so within 14 days. However, this right does not apply for Goods that are made to your specifications. I will endeavour to resolve issues in any wayI can and ask you to contact me immediately of any issue or concern.
All returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition. I accept full responsibility if goods arrive damaged and in that case upon notification with photographic proof, a full refund will be given or a replacement sent which ever, you require.
You have a period of 14 days in which to return any item you are not happy with.
If you do wish to return an unfaulty item then, you are responsible for the return costs. Any reimbursements due will be made after receipt of the goods and within a five day notice.
